Sherry LucasThese are photos from the June trip. Dorothy Lunderman, a NAIM advisory board member, is pictured on the right in the first photo wearing her NAIM T-shirt. We conducted bible school in three communities & served community meals in two communities. The children helped get the tables ready for the meal. We also delivered gifts (Uncle Sam "knick-knacks"), made by the children at bible school, to nursing home residents. In the second photo of the second row a resident of the nursing home shows her Uncle Sam, propped on her T-shirt along with tea towels she's embroidered. She gave the NAIM the towels. One evening we took a meal into Spotted Tail Crisis Center and the next day part of the team painted a room there. We held two lunch sales to benefit eight churches on the Reservation, NAIM also constructed a wheelchair ramp at Calvary Church in Okreek and built three more bunk beds for the residence there.
